Enzimix®
Description
Enzimix® is a combination of enzymes prepared specifically for poultry. This enzyme complex is developed through solid-state fermentation (SSF). These enzymes effectively degrade those plant cell walls that are made of non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs), which are either poorly digested or anti-nutritive. Enzimix™ supports the digestion of NSPs, thus releasing more energy and nutrients trapped by the cell wall.

Process
Solid-State Fermentation (SSF) is a natural fermentation technology that is replicated in laboratories under controlled conditions for the production of enzymes. The technique uses non-GMO fungal strains that are Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) to produce the enzymes. Enzymes produced by SSF have more environmental stability and can maximize fiber digestion, thus resulting in better utilization of feed.
